How the handover works at RAK
- We message you 24 hours before
- You get the name and mobile number of the person meeting you, over WhatsApp, before you fly. You are never looking for an anonymous agency.
- We meet you inside arrivals
- Our agent waits in the arrivals hall with a board showing your name, not in a distant car park.
- We track your flight
- If you land late, we know. Waiting time for a delayed flight is free; we do not release your car or charge you for the delay.
- Condition is photographed, both ways
- Before you drive off we walk the car with you and photograph it (including wheels, glass and roof) and do the same on return. You get a copy. This is the single most common source of disputes in Morocco and it is the easiest one to eliminate.

Do you charge an airport surcharge at Menara?
No. Many companies add 8–15% for an airport pickup. Our airport handover is free, and the total you see when booking is the total you pay.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight and adjust. Waiting time caused by a delayed arrival is free, and your booking is held, you will not lose the car because you landed late.
Can I collect outside normal hours?
Yes, including early-morning and late-night arrivals. Tell us your flight number when booking so we can staff it.
Can I pick up at the airport and return in the city?
Yes. Airport pickup with a hotel or riad return (or the reverse) is included at no extra cost within Marrakech.
