Included in the price

✓Free delivery & collection: To the airport, your hotel or your riad, in any city we serve. No airport surcharge. Competitors commonly add 8–15%.
✓Full tank to full tank: The car arrives full and comes back full. No refuelling admin fee, and we never hand over an empty tank.
✓Condition photographed, both ways: We walk the car with you and photograph it (wheels, glass, roof included) at pick-up and again at return, and you keep a copy. Pre-existing damage cannot be charged to you.
✓Free cancellation up to 48h: Cancel up to 48 hours before pick-up and the deposit is refunded in full. If you do not show up and have not cancelled, the deposit is not refunded: it compensates for the reservation you missed.

What you pay, and when

Pay now: 20% of the rental total, or one day's rental if that is more, charged securely by Stripe. It comes off the price; it is not an extra fee.
Balance at pick-up: The rest of the rental price, paid when you collect the car.
Refundable security hold: A pre-authorisation on your credit card at pick-up covering the insurance excess. It is held, not charged, and released after you return the car. Add full insurance and there is nothing to cover.

For this Volkswagen T-Roc: 20% of your rental total, or one day's rental if that is more. The refundable security hold is €970.00 never sprung on you at the counter.

What to bring to the handover

Your national driving licence: Held for at least one year. It does not need to be an EU licence.
An International Driving Permit (IDP): Required alongside a non-French/non-Arabic licence. Get it from your home motoring authority before you fly: it cannot be issued in Morocco, and driving without one risks an on-the-spot fine.
Passport or national ID: The same document used to enter Morocco.
A credit card in the driver's name: For the refundable security hold. We tell you the accepted cards before you pay, so nothing can be refused at the counter as a reason to cancel.

Minimum driver age is 21, and higher for the premium and exotic classes.
